How do we control quality for stationery, art supplies and crafts products?

Above two pictures from our inspection report from our QC team. Today i'd like to introduce our quality control process for our clients order.

Our quality control process methods as following:

• After we receive deposit from our client, we will re-check specification and quality requirement with our client then we will arrange final sample to make sure no problem.
• After we got approval for final sample from our client, we will setting quality standard and product specification with production director then show information to production staffs.
• We will arrange in-line inspection before pack goods into carton.
• We will remove demaged products from in-line inspection.
• After pack them into carton, we will arrange final inspection according to international inspection standard 2.5 4.0.

During in-line inspection we will check products: color&printing, size, material, package, function. etc. Try our best to avoide prrblem.
